Beside job-specific qualifications, each person on staff at NMBCH must:

• Have a minimum of a high school education and must be willing to participate in continuing education and training.
• Be an active member of a Southern Baptist Church
• Have a deep personal relationship with Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord
• Show evidence in their daily life of Christian character and commitment 
• Show in their daily relationships, appropriate compassion and concern for the well being of children and families.
• Feel a special calling to work with children.
• Be married a minimum of two years if they are a couple seeking employment as houseparents.

WORKAMPER 

NMBCH is taking applications for a workamper for the summer  (mid-May through August). We are seeking a couple or single to volunteer 16-22 hours a week helping to feed animals and do barnyard type chores and lawn chores. Click here to learn more about this opportunity.
